The classes at Young Actors’ Theatre are designed to enhance and improve students’ performing skills. Please know that all aspects of musical theater are a wonderful form of expression and we want to make sure your experience with us is a good one. If you find movements or exercises challenging or difficult, please work at your own pace. We find that all students are able to reach the goals of the teachers with diligence and practice. Be patient – it gets easier with time.

Please note that individual students all work at difference paces and levels. Please be patient with students who may be at a different level than you in your own class. Be prepared to work hard in your classes to enable improvement of the skills you are developing.

Relax, enjoy and have fun in your performing arts classes at Young Actors’ Theatre!

Attendance

Attendance will be taken at every class. If student is not able to attend class, please contact the studio in advance. If student misses 2 classes in a row without notification, we will assume the student is dropped from the class. This will ensure a consistent curriculum for the students consistently attending classes. No refund will be available.

We will start all classes ON TIME. For your safety, and out of respect to your fellow students, if student is more than 15 minutes late, student will be asked to sit out the rest of the class. The first 10-15 minutes of every class is important because it proves the warm-ups necessary that prepare your body for the physical, and mental activities of the class.
