WINTER CAMP IS WHERE IT IS AT . . .

 

Young Actors’ Theatre will be holding their winter camp from December 19th through January 6th (closed 12/26 and 1/2) for Grades 2nd through 8th  Drop in for a day, a week or the whole three weeks.  These full day camps (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) may just be the place for your young performer to shine and for you to do that final shopping and gift wrapping. Cost is:  $450 per student for 3 weeks, $280 per student for 2 weeks, $150 per student for 1 week or $40 per day.  During the morning your student will learn some fundamentals of musical theatre — singing, dancing and acting.  The afternoon will be spent on other activities and games.

 

Themes for the camp are:

 

Week 1 (12/19 – 12/23) Aladdin

 

Week 2 (12/27 – 12/30) Beauty & The Beast

 

Week 3 (1/3 through 1/6) Lion King

Theater, 9620 Campo Road, Spring Valley, CA  91977.  As we head into our 10th anniversary year by performing again our very first show ever, Oliver! we look forward to joining with the community around us to help fight hunger.  Please join us for a performance of this timeless classic and consider a can or two to help neighbors in need.

Omigod, America’s favorite blonde is coming to Young Actors’ Theatre !  YAT is very excited to announce the addition to our 2011 – 2012, “A Season Of Life Lessons” the smash hit, Legally Blonde.  Hitting the YAT stage in January 2012 with auditions in November 2011 we will be making some changes in the dates of our presentations of Spelling Bee, Annie, and Guys & Dolls over the next week or so.  Don’t worry the web site will be updated soon, very soon and if you want to stay in the thick of “YAT Chatter . . .
