YAT CLASSES (3).jpg

Ready to unleash your inner musical superstar? If you love belting out tunes from hit musicals like Freaky Friday, Head Over Heels, Footloose, Hadestown, 13 the Musical and Descendants, or jamming to artists like Olivia Rodrigo, Lady Gaga, Avril Lavigne, Demi Lovato, Shawn Mendes, and Taylor Swift, this class is for you!

Join this class to discover the fundamentals of your unique pop/rock voice and movement style. As a budding theatre artist, these skills are important to hone in, especially as Broadway keeps moving in the pop/rock and radio hit direction. By the end of this class, you'll be a pro at delivering authentic stories through radio hits, just like in jukebox musicals such as Beautiful, All Shook Up, and Rock of Ages. You'll also be ready to rock out in the style of new musicals like &Juliet, Mean Girls, and Six, all while boosting your musical skills.

During each class session, we will focus on workshopping a solo song selected by the student. In these sessions, students will receive vocal tips to ensure consistency and maintain vocal health. Additionally, we'll explore the acting components expressed in their chosen piece.

Designed for ages 10-15. Our 4-week class session will begin on Friday, February 2nd, and ends on Friday, February 23rd.  Only 15 spots are available for this session.
