Join us on Tuesday, February 18th from 5:00-8:00pm.

 

Help us prep for our annual fundraiser, help us improve our theater and the space around it, and help us build a better more connected youth theatre community in East County!

There will be crafting stations where volunteers make name tags, headpieces, paint decor backdrops, and assemble raffle baskets. Volunteers can also assist the costume shop by steaming/ironing linens, and we will have an additional volunteer crew to assist with general theater clean-up.

Imagine Gala is YAT's annual fundraiser, and it takes a village to make the magic happen! Through this event, families of volunteers can work together to express themselves artistically in the areas of Gala decoration prep, while others can learn teamwork as they work together to clean the theater and the surrounding area.

All attendees will receive a raffle ticket to win a 1 day hopper ticket to Disneyland. If we have more then 75 people attend, we will raffle off 2, 1 day Disneyland hopper tickets!

Ages 7 and up welcome.

Bring your friends and family. (Every friend you bring gets you an extra raffle ticket!)

Although the event time is for 3 hours, please come by at any time during and stay as long as you are able to help!
