Come along and listen to the lullaby of Broadway! 42nd Street celebrates Broadway, Times Square and the magic of show biz with wit, humor and pizzazz. At the height of the Great Depression, aspiring chorus girl Peggy Sawyer comes to the big city from Allentown PA, and soon lands her first big job in the ensemble of a glitzy new Broadway show. But just before opening night, the leading lady breaks her ankle. Will Peggy be able to step in and become a star? The score is chock-full of Broadway standards, including "You're Getting To Be A Habit With Me," "Dames," "We're In the Money," "Lullaby of Broadway," "Shuffle Off to Buffalo" and "Forty-Second Street."​

Chrissy Burns is a multi award winning director, producer, and choreographer. This marks her 9th show here at YAT having previously directed: Puffs, Freaky Friday, Matilda, Disenchanted, Songs For A New World, Smile, Into The Woods and Snoopy. She has also directed and choreographed shows for many of San Diego’s Community and Professional Theaters as well as serving as an Associate Director at the Old Globe Theatre. Chrissy has worked as an actor in many productions throughout San Diego and beyond. She has also performed for top corporations and conventions nationwide. Chrissy is a private voice and audition coach preparing her many students for a successful career in the performing arts. She has completed the Prestigious Directors Lab West Program and continues to educate herself on the most current practices in directing and performing arts education.   SingWithChrissy.com

Jenn Harris is a dance educator and choreographer. She began her training in San Diego, California and has traveled throughout the US pursuing an education and career in performing arts.  Her stage experience includes dance, theatre, fashion and trade shows.  She is an Alum of the intensive scholarship program at Academy of Performing Arts, under the direction of Kevin Patterson.  She is an Award winning choreographer and has been highly recognized for her choreographic work in the San Diego and Los Angeles area.  Jenn has been teaching full time for the past 20 years, owning and operating a successful performing arts studio in East County. She received her teaching certification in the disciplines of Tap and Jazz through the accredited Dance Masters of America Teacher Training School in Buffalo, NY  and has a Module One & Two certification through Acrobatic Arts, a professional curriculum for Acrobatic Dance. Jenn takes much pride in sharing her knowledge and love of performing with others.

Jerrica is a music director and teacher who plays piano, strings and reeds with various ensembles around San Diego. Her previous YAT MD credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie, Into the Woods, Lion King Jr., Xanadu, Beauty and the Beast, and more. Her non-YAT MD credits include High School Musical, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Urinetown, Company, I Love You You're Perfect Now Change, Vanities and more. Stage Management credits include YAT's Peter and the Starcatcher, Wizard of Oz, Annie, Mary Poppins, and Matilda, CCT's Little Mermaid, and others.
